2. Scope of Our Services

We provide design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke signage and vehicle graphics. Any quotes we provide are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Quotes, Orders & Deposits

  • All projects require a deposit before production begins — typically 50% unless agreed otherwise.

  • Orders are only confirmed once a deposit is received.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time — changes may affect the final price.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material changes or unforeseen site issues.

4. Turnaround & Deadlines

We aim to complete projects within agreed timeframes, but deadlines may shift due to weather, third-party delays, or supply issues.
We’ll always keep you updated — but we can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Designs & Artwork

  • All artwork must be approved in writing before we start production.

  • Any changes after approval may result in extra charges.

  • Final responsibility for checking spelling, layout, colours, and measurements lies with the client.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work on our website or social media for promotional purposes.

6. Installations

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access and permission for installation work.

  • If installations are delayed or rescheduled due to access issues, extra charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for damage to underground cables, pipes or fixtures not clearly marked or disclosed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a project is cancelled after design work has started, a fee will be charged to cover time and materials.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

8. Warranty

We stand behind our work.

  • Our signs and wraps come with a workmanship warranty (typically 12 months).

  • This doesn’t cover misuse, vandalism, weather damage or poor maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver top-quality products — but we won’t be held liable for:

  • Loss of business or profits due to delays or defects

  • Third-party installation errors

  • Issues caused by incorrect information from the client

10. Website Use

This website’s content is for general info and marketing purposes. Don’t copy or use our content, designs, or images without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in a UK court.
